PAMELA REID , Director
Pamela Reid (BA (Hons, DipM) is an Associate Director based in GEN’s Glasgow office. Pamela has over 16 years of experience in research and consultancy. She started her career in academic research at Strathclyde University and then at Leeds Metropolitan University before moving in to consultancy in 1991.
She has worked across a wide range of topic areas in social and economic development. She has particular interest and expertise in children and young people, employability, community safety, health and equalities.
She has strong research and consultancy skills and has extensive experience of carrying out evaluations, strategic reviews, forward planning and providing evidence bases to inform the development of policy and practice. She has spoken at national and European conferences on youth homelessness and out of school care.
