SIMON TURNER, Associate Director
Simon joined EKOS in 2009 as an Associate Director. He is dual qualified (MRTPI & MRICS) with degrees in Town and Country Planning and a Diploma in Surveying. Simon has extensive experience of commercial property development, promotion of strategic land, advising on town planning and development matters and promoting development through the planning system. This experience has been gained working both in a variety of consultancy roles and in senior roles for the Gladman Group, one of the UK’s largest speculative developers of offices and warehouse accommodation.
Simon has undertaken research projects, development appraisals and planning work for a variety of public sector bodies, including local authorities, NHS Trusts and RDA’s. Projects have included urban capacity studies, assessment of sports pitch provision, employment land availability studies, critiques of development proposals, environmental statements and a variety of planning applications.
