JOHN MCCREADIE, Chairman/Director
John is one of the company’s founders with more than 20 years’ experience of economic development and regeneration. His background is in economic analysis and strategy and programme development and he has led some of the company’s highest profile assignments. John is the lead consultant on the company’s technical advisor contract with the Manchester Salford HMR Pathfinder, and has produced the Prospectus and Scheme Update based on the economic analysis of the City Region, and the implications for the housing market. He is currently involved in the development of the Economic Strategy for County Durham and has just produced the Evidence Base for the new Convergence Programme for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
John has considerable experience of strategy and programme development and this has included the drafting of the Cornwall Objective 1 Programme and the North West Objective 2 Programme, and economic regeneration strategies for the South Black Country and North Staffordshire, linked to Single Programme funding. John is an expert advisor to DG Regio.
