Hull Gateway Summative Evaluation

We completed a wide-ranging summative evaluation of the Pathfinder. We assessed the progress made to date and helped refine the programme in the light of changing market conditions. The programme is going well and there is significantly enhanced stakeholder confidence in Hull Gateway. The evaluation considered the links between HMR and Hull’s economic development, reviewed governance arrangements, and reviewed the extent to which HMR aligns with other capital programmes in the city. Alongside the summative evaluation, we supported the Pathfinder with the development of its evaluation framework, developing a social cohesion and diversity strategy, and provided strategic support with our partners, DCAHR/AbRa.
