For the past 2 years, we have acted as the retained technical advisors to the Manchester-Salford Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder, the leading Pathfinder in England. The technical advisor role has involved a wide range of tasks including reviewing investment programmes, appraising projects and helping to develop policies and procedures e.g. for performance management. Our input has helped the Pathfinder to exceed many of its targets and ensure that housing investment is integrated with other interventions to secure the long term revitalisation of some of the most deprived communities in the Greater Manchester conurbation.
