Sandwell Area Investment Plans
The Brief: Prepare two Area Investment Plans for the Housing Market Renewal Area. Using our skills in baseline analysis, financial planning, risk assessment and output and outcome aggregation, we are supporting all areas of the AIP development, which will ultimately set out long term investment aspirations in the area.
We are assisting in the preparation of two of the four Area Investment Plans for the Birmingham-Sandwell Housing Market Renewal Area 2006-2008, working with the local authorities and partners to develop robust, strategically aligned investment plans capable of delivering a significant part of the Birmingham-Sandwell pathfinder programme. We are supporting all aspects of the AIP development work including synthesis of the baseline position, strategic alignment with partner priorities, detailed financial planning, risk assessment and output and outcome aggregation. The AIPs seek to set out long term investment aspirations, with detailed investment proposals over the first 2 and 4 years.
