The Framework for Regional Employment and Skills Action (FRESCA) and the South West Enterprise and Skills Alliance (the SWESA)
The Brief: Assist in the development of the South West regional agenda for skills and learning. Using our abilities for brokering, partnership building, administration and research we delivered the required outputs. The SWESA Partnership is now operational with full funding, renamed as the Regional Skills Partnership.
The SWRDA and regional partners appointed us to assist the development of the regional agenda for skills and learning. In assisting the implementation of the FRESA we worked with the Regional Employment Forum and the sub groups on Inspiring Individuals, Engaging Employers and Working for a Natural Balance. As part of this contract we also engaged with regional partners on the development of the SWESA which evolved from the FRESA process and the additional requirements focusing on the wider skills and productivity agenda and that of social inclusion. We also completed the Project Outline Proposal for the costs required for the SWESA. The SWESA Partnership is now operational with full funding.
