LEGI Investment Study, Derwentside District Council

We developed an investment vehicle to be applied in the areas identified in the LEGI demand study. The study established an effective and appropriate mechanism / investment vehicle to lever further public sector, and where possible, private sector investment to instigate physical regeneration in the areas identified in the demand study.
